I just limited my calories and I lost a lot of fat, but I have also not gained any muscle or got really lean so I’m asking for any opinions what I should do cause I’m kind of torn I also do three full body workouts every week and try to eat 1 g of protein per body weight which I am very successful at right now as I’m consistently reaching my macro goals, but I’m just not sure if I should just do a body composition or just bulk cleanly.
