I have to stop bone smashing my chin , one week ago I made cut because I smashed my chin too much. Now I hit the place again and its worse I bled so much I had to disinfect the cut and put plaster
btw it gets worse when u take into account you shouldn't be smashing ur chin, only ur mandible and zygo pretty much :pepecheers:

It does but only to a very little extent the bone gets more solid but it doesnt impact it visually, you just have solid bones as shit, this is often called as callus formation usually practiced in muai thai for example, but the tissue forming around the microfractured bones (callus) is only temporarily and actually little to not noticeable at all, its not worth it to get your shit hurt for nothing
