It does but only to a very little extent the bone gets more solid but it doesnt impact it visually, you just have solid bones as shit, this is often called as callus formation usually practiced in muai thai for example, but the tissue forming around the microfractured bones (callus) is only temporarily and actually little to not noticeable at all, its not worth it to get your shit hurt for nothingI think it works honestly
