Success I Gained 2 Inches in 4 Months From Jump Rope

For around 4 months straight, I was doing roughly 600 rope jumps a day consistently. Nothing insane, just daily impact work to get lean. Somewhere during that period, I ended up measuring around 2 (5'9-5'11) inches taller than before.​

People underestimate how much bad posture and spinal compression can rob from your measured height. After months of daily movement and impact, I stood straighter without even trying.

I’m not saying everyone will gain 2 inches from jump rope. Genetics and age matter a lot. But I do think impact exercise during growth years can help your body reach its potential instead of sitting compressed all day.

For around 4 months straight, i shat in the sink everyday consistently. ended up gaining 2 inches. so i guess shitting in the sink makes you grow
