People underestimate how much bad posture and spinal compression can rob from your measured height. After months of daily movement and impact, I stood straighter without even trying.
I’m not saying everyone will gain 2 inches from jump rope. Genetics and age matter a lot. But I do think impact exercise during growth years can help your body reach its potential instead of sitting compressed all day.
