appreciate the response boyoWell your body is in a dorsal vagal shutdown state so to push it towards parasympathetic activation you can try “physiological sighs” which is a breathing technique to reset your nervous system into that second state, certain music that affects you emotionally can be used during these moments to utilize auditory input as a switch itself. I know there’s a ton of other methods but I suggest you just look it up since I don’t know the exact details of every aspect when it comes to this.
