My nose has gotten quite bigger over the holidays then it used to be I searched some ways to make it smaller and most of them were cope but I came across this post about hydrocortisone on .org it doesn’t seem like cope to me so I might aswell try it.

My questions are, how do I use it, how many times a week, what percentage like 1% and what brand of hydrocortisone to get. All types of advice is appreciated and you guys can also tell me your experiences if you have used hydrocortisone before I’m gonna read all the reply’s.

2 weeks 1% once a day then every second week every second day mark as solution

Hydrocortisone is not going to make your nose smaller in any real way. It can reduce redness or swelling short term, but it does not change bone or cartilage. Using it on your face regularly can actually cause problems like thinner skin or more redness over time.


If your nose looks bigger, it is more likely swelling, irritation, or skin changes rather than actual growth. I would not experiment with steroid creams on your face based on forum posts.


If it really bothers you, the best move is to ask a doctor or dermatologist instead of guessing with products that are not meant for that use.
