Discussion hydrocortisone with isotretinoin (1 Viewer)

i have been on 20 mg of accutane for a past couple of months and been thinking of using hydrocortisone to make my nose look smaller. would it be safe to use both of them at the same time? ik accutane shrinks oil glands and hydrocortisone shrinks the blood vessels but im not sure if both of them at the same time would be good for the skin barrier
