Vitamins:
all B vitamins are known to lower your cortisol and improve your mood, but vitamin B6 is the most effective when it comes to lowering your anxiety, and increasing ur mood. fun fact: you are sick wth depression if you lack vitamin B6.

Vitamin D is also really important, because deficiency leads to anxiety and higher cortisol. (i had bad anxiety when i was deficient, fixed with supps in about 2 weeks.)
Magnesium, even tho its not directly connected with raising your anxiety or cortisol, but it is crucial for nerve function and blood pressure, wich can reduce anxiety especially if you are anxious about your blood pressure.

Valerian root: this herb, is one of the if not the best herb on the plannet earth, lowers your blood pressure, relaxes your muscles, boosts your confidence, clears your brain fog, its highly available and cheap too, u can find it in any drug store. It is also known for helping you sleep, personally i take a high dose, for quite a while and i could sleep 2 hours and still be energised the next day. as a person that suffers with anxiety this is the only thing that has helped me. And if you were wondering, no this herb does not cause any addicton, unfortunently 10% of people cant use this herb because for some people it makes u hyperactive, also gives you insomnia, make sure to try a small dose first and watch your body, you may become more prone to crying.(NEVER COMBINE WITH WEED, ALCOHOL, NICOTINE, DO NOT DRIVE AFTER USAGE!)
(in really high doses it also gives a slight high ;).)
I abosloutely love mixing valerian and ashwaganda together, also drinking all the vitamins above, i feel like a super human!

may sound really dumb but if you are low in energy, or feeling down. Stand up! and just jump for like a minute, you should be in a better mood and more energized.
also if you experience air hunger you should really consider trying some breathing exercises. the one that works best for me is basically breathe like you would when u are relaxed, when breathing in count to 4 and then stop, dont hold and the just breathe out and count to 8. if it didnt help and your anxiety is still really high, try breathing with ur stomach instead of chest.
