ALL BODIES ARE DIFFERENT AND COULD REACT DIFFERENTLY. JUST BECAUSE IT WORKS FOR ME IT DOES MEAN IT WILL WORK FOR YOU THE SAME.

Vitamins:
all B vitamins are known to lower your cortisol and improve your mood, but vitamin B6 is the most effective when it comes to lowering your anxiety, and increasing ur mood. fun fact: you are sick wth depression if you lack vitamin B6.

Vitamin D is also really important, because deficiency leads to anxiety and higher cortisol. (i had bad anxiety when i was deficient, fixed with supps in about 2 weeks.)
Magnesium, even tho its not directly connected with raising your anxiety or cortisol, but it is crucial for nerve function and blood pressure, wich can reduce anxiety especially if you are anxious about your blood pressure.

HERBS:
Ashwaganda: you definently know this herb, probably because its the most popular, ashwaganda is known to lower your cortisol, reduce anxiety, you sleep better with it, improves your mental clarity, and so much more. genuenly one of the best things you can take, however it takes time to see its effects, so be patient!
