it’s true that GH pulses are short, but even brief spikes contribute to the GH to IGF-1 signaling pathway. Repeated, properly timed pulses combined with good nutrition, liver health and sleep are what actually support bone growth over timeright but the spike or pulse you are referring to is very short, and not enough to cause any bone growth
have u not read what i typed out? i tried these things for over a year and barely grew an inch.the bad side effects only come from fasting 18-20 hours g. And not cope. Try it. I never said it would grow new bone. This is about supporting bone growth and boosting igf 1 levels
Yes g hella nootriens after the fasting and it has no bad effect on the body when controlled and under 18-20 hours. I’m basically just delaying breakfast. You won’t even notice or feel hungry and the outside walk will make you even less stressed. it wasnt until i started spamming protein and focusing on sleep that i finally grew 2 inches until my growth plates closed. before i was sprinting, in the gym a ton, etc. and now i just sit at my computer all day and ive grown more than i ever have. but right ur "guide" that u made (that u most likely made just for reps) works better than science.

well at the end of the day it’s all genetics g. Just because you grew when you stopped giving af doesn’t mean the diet and the fasting and the supplements were bad. But i also agree sleep and high protein clean diet is the most important. But everything i said is a legit way to keep igf 1 levels high and be healthy asfi read most of it but just didnt care too much since its obvious information
and ive seen threads like this many times and ive tried these methods before as ive said. i was getting sun, grounding, i was fasting, taking supplements, eating good foods i even was eating organs and drinking a bunch of milk, etc.
trust me this isnt new to me
yet i grew most when i literally just didnt give a fuck but was sleeping a ton and getting in a bunch of protein as ive been saying. i feel as if i may have been unclear or something? idk we'll see.
