Lowkey a grey post but how should you bonemash to ensure the best results possible like the timeframe, set of reps and frequency
Todays my 2nd day of it and it hurts more, pump isn’t as good as the day before and not much redness despite the pain, should I do it before or after exercise or roughly 11pm when hgh is at its peak, should there be a few breaks in between the days
I do it with my phone and stop after like 5 minutes each side and redness occurs, should I do it until there’s a hematoma or is that retarded
Anyways just need to know how to do it to ensure best results possible so I’m not coping
