How to bonemash optimally

Lowkey a grey post but how should you bonemash to ensure the best results possible like the timeframe, set of reps and frequency

Todays my 2nd day of it and it hurts more, pump isn’t as good as the day before and not much redness despite the pain, should I do it before or after exercise or roughly 11pm when hgh is at its peak, should there be a few breaks in between the days

I do it with my phone and stop after like 5 minutes each side and redness occurs, should I do it until there’s a hematoma or is that retarded

Anyways just need to know how to do it to ensure best results possible so I’m not coping

dont hit your temples, infras and back of your head

don't do it at all. its cope and only creates inflammation at the area you're hitting. you also have the risk of hitting a nerve, yet its unlikely. I recommend using other methods

It’s not cope lol my sister said bone remodelling is true and works even for the skull I just can’t ask her how to hit my skull as hard as I can for bigger bones

ive tried it, it only puffs up the area your hitting. if you're going to an event or something then do it

I’m only really doing mandible, chin and zygos and holding the back of my head steady while laying down to avoid CTC or whatever
Is there really any point in bonesmashing a mandible?
Like if bonesmashing theory is true then growth only occurs in the direction you apply the force in. So theoretically bonesmashing mandible will only make chin and ramus relatively less defined, and it defienietly wont make mandible longer. But I am just a grey so I will happily be corrected.

I mean in that pov, anything you bonemash would cause it to look sunken in, e.g bonemashing a Greek nose to “look like a button nose” if bone grows the direction you apply force in im pretty sure it’d remodel to be bigger making the direction irrelevant

But don’t worry bhai I’m just a grey too

On a real note I just don’t want to cause any nerve damage so idk the intensity or time I should stop
Try using this facial massager with round end you can buy for like 7 dolars on temu. Its the best low effort method for bonesmashing. But you have to press it harder to the bone so it actually hits it with enough force to cause any growth, and not only massage the muscles. And use some sort of lubricant on your skin beforehand, its really important if u dont want to peel off your skin and look like a bullied kid. I personally use butter and it works just fine. And it also creates vibrations in your entire skull so its essentially upgraded version of humming, but I dont think this actually contributes significantly to bone growth. Its better than fist and hammer mainly because you can just hold it on your face and chill out instead of hitting your face and stressing.
