You force yourself to and try to not think about the difference of a girl treat them like a guy or stranger, i know this sounds like a bad advice but once you actually try to do this you realize that its actually possible

this is gonna sound bluepilled asf, genuinely just be chill, be nice when not needed and it’ll take time but it works. imo if you have a clean slate your gonna be fine
