I'm like 15 or 20 kilos away from my goal weight but i dont wanna end up with saggy skin or skinny body at the end so i also hit the gym. I really dont know what to do with my diet atp. I cant starvemaxx either bc im still in puberty (kinda over for me but still tryin my best) and i need some energy throught the day for both school and gym. I wish i could eat like red meat or chicken anytime i want but the max i can do with it is 200-300 grams of chicken breast a day. I'm 15 btw and not thinking about taking any peptides or smt like ozempic.
