I've been using u/l/r/u/l/r for a while but most of the time I swap the lower days for upper. I need an effective split to maximise my arm, chest and back growth. I don't really care about legs but I don't really wanna look like chicken...

self explaining, you start with the upper body part and then do legs,

U/L/R is a perfect bodybuilding split
you can try ANT/POS/R too, but it's basically the same thing volume-wise
U/L/U/L/U/L/R works too if programmed correctly
