Bro, if you're a downward grown, recessed, long face or birdcel with weak projection, flat midface, no jawline and shit lower third — this is the post that can actually ascend you. CCW Bimax + targeted implants is the nuclear option for hardmaxxing.

CCW Rotation Bimax – The King of Forward Growth

What it actually is:
Double jaw surgery = LeFort I (maxilla) + BSSO (mandible). CCW (Counterclockwise rotation) means the entire maxilla - mandibular complex is rotated up and forward instead of just straight forward or downward.

Limitations

• If your occlusal plane is already flat/neutral → over-rotation looks uncanny (inverted smile, weird tilt).
• Long midface + no anterior impaction = even longer lower third (common fail).
• Frontal harmony bad (narrow jaws, bad eye area, shit skin) → side profile pops but you still look off from front.
• Relapse risk if not enough fixation or bad surgeon (some guys report 3-6mm loss).
