Fixing Ptosis Naturally is actually pretty simple but u need to stay on the routine every day
===================================
~ 1.Caused by weak levator muscles, aging, or nerve issues. It can also come from daily stress (high cortisol)
===================================
2. Can You Fix It Without Surgery?
Mild cases—yes. Strengthen the eyelid muscles with consistent training. If u hop off the mid the routine u won’t be able to see any results {so stay consistent}
===================================
3. Exercise 1: Brow Push-Ups
Hold brows down, try to lift eyelids. 10 reps daily. [These exercises in this thread are proven by many people and doctors if u don’t believe go and check on a professional doctor]
===================================
4. Exercise 2: Eye Squeeze & Release
Squeeze eyes shut for 5 seconds, open wide. Repeat 10x.[squinting]
===================================
5. Exercise 3: Trataka Focus Drill
Gaze at a fixed point for 1–2 minutes. Builds control and endurance. If u want better results on this exercise to it on a white board,screen… something without many things in the background.
===================================
6. Bonus: Face Yoga + Lymph Drainage
Boosts circulation, reduces puffiness, tones surrounding muscles.
===================================
Track your Progress Weekly
Take photos. Visible results may show in 4–6 weeks. ! If it didn’t show in more than 8 weeks then it can’t be fixed and u need to get surgery !
