First post, I really need some advice from anyone who's willing to help, any advice or opinion will help more than I can express. (Semi-long read)

I'm 16M and have recently gone to the dentist, I have what I believe to be a narrow upper and lower jaw, I have overcrowding on both the upper and the lower jaw, although the problem lies mainly in my upper jaw, specifically with my canine tooth on the left side, which is "out of the teeth-bearing section" stated by my dentist,

The dentist said they might have to extract the canine on the left side, paired up with a premoral (specifically the 4th) on the right side so the other canine can fit in it's place, the issue is that this will cause asymmetry since one side will be missing a canine and one side will be missing a premoral, another issue is that, from multiple sources, I have heard that removing a premoral will remove necessary support the jaw needs.

Originally I thought that I would get an MSE because of my narrow jaw(s), but unfortunately the dentist said this will not be possible because the difference between the upper and the lower jaw not being great enough for an MSE, and that it would only cause more issues down the line.

Allegedly the case being so "serious" that I might get free braces, which, although that sounds good money-wise, doesn't sound like good news.

Another one of my concerns is that the asymmetry caused by the missing & "replaced" teeth with create some other issues, if not now then in the future.

As if that was not enough, I also have an overbite (Class II Malocclusion) and have started planning a BSSO surgery for when I turn 18, however the decision is not final since I have my doubts and some mixed feelings, if you have had a BSSO surgery done, please write down your experiences and whether or not you think it's worth it, anything helps.

here's a front profile of what I look like (if it helps):

In this picture I believe i was jutting, but that's because I fraud on every occasion and there aren't really any pictures where I am not,
There is no side profile because I'm tired of looking at my recessed chin.

On a positive note at least there’s only up from here and I’m not too well well-versed with orthodontics but I don’t think it would create an asymmetry if you get some teeth removed on one side and not the other but I could also be wrong. That is something you’d probably have to talk to with your orthodontics and free braces is still free braces and I wish you the best of luck on your BSSO surgery.
