I'm in the last 2 weeks of my 6 month accutane cycle and I wanna know what to do after it's all done. The options i've seen are tret, taz, and topical ghkcu which I have doubts about but ill include it just in case. Ill show pictures of my skin like 2-3 weeks ago below as reference. Im too lazy to get a current picture, the redness is a bit less now but thats all the difference.


What topical would be best?

Taz/tret and topical E3 with micro needling and start taking dutasteride.
between tret and taz id say get the cheaper one, id go for tazarotene if possible.

hairloss med, blocks all test conversion to dht so your collagen and hair don't get raped. if u can get the 20 mg powder in MCT oil mix it's even better than softgel capsules, also perfect to manage oil glands and sebum production, and overall a staple for antiaging, hair is life.

ok, im only 15 so how much would e3 affect my estrogen levels? I can't relly afford to lose much height or plates to close sooner

not much, if you are 15 then wait and use RU or clascolterone, topical e3 doesn't really go systemic as much as topical e2 so you are good, tho both of them have no significant impact at increasing circulating e2 or e3 lol, u can start dut once you are 17-18.
