I believe with this protocol you should be able to keep appetite nuked basically all year

12 weeks on GLP-1 of your choice titrating doses up as per needed

8 weeks off GLP-1s to allow for resensitisation of receptors and during this time run cagri + tesofensine (can throw in LDN or Bupropion if needed) to keep appetite curbed , staying at LEAST maintenance should still be very easy as you're hitting receptors freshly , but importantly this should basically destroy any kind of withdrawal symptoms too

then back on glp1s for 12 weeks rinse and repeat

Ideally if you aren't having issues with the appetite suppression getting too weak then stay on tirz/reta all year for the insulin sensitivity + liver benefits and so on regardless most people should be chilling without compounds that spike the fuck out of ur appetite like tren eq and shit and can just run reta cagri year round

Also would be on replacement doses of t3 all year so dont have to deal with any bullshit metabolic adaptations of being lean for a long time
Tapped in with the Low Dose LDN I see

been reading on how it has properties to prevent anhedonia and for next cycle if I where to run 1,200mg NAC or NACet, adding in low dose LDN with NSI-189 to offset the anhedonia effect's somewhat from high dose NAC

I believe this deserves its own thread "How to make your GLP-1 more effective" tho you've already made a cutting thread 😂

How many really good threads do i need? 5?
yes, but considering a BOTB thread is way more relevant id say 1-2 more BOTB or really good guides and you will get it.
