I am currently interested in cognitive advancement, is there anyone here who actually works on their mind, and could list me some things I could use to support overall brain health, as well as development.
I am talking nootropics, and other ACTUAL long term enhancers, I do not want cope products which are just filled with caffeine to fraud a cognitive uplift. I have a few friends around me that take LSD, although I'm already quite low inhibition so LSD among other psychedelics don't really do too much for me.
I currently micro-dose Nicotine, 0.4mg once or twice a day. I've just recovered from withdrawals (very minor, barely felt it) after taking Fluoxetine, the only benefit I got from it was that I rarely felt tired, probably due to increased unnatural serotonin levels, however I found it really frustrating that I had to actually be careful on what I consume to avoid wrongful interactions & serotonin syndrome.
After researching SSRIs, Fluoxetine was the only thing I was willing to take, so please do not suggest any other SSRIs, as I have done my due diligence and am no longer interested.
All supplements that I take are related to bodily function, I currently take nothing which affects cognition other than Nicotine at extremely low doses, my Nicotine dosage is not even enough to get addicted to, but just enough to provide cognitive benefits. The only other thing I take which affects cognition is Melatonin (0.3mg-1mg, also fairly low).
I don't have the time right now to do my own research as I am busy with consultations, so I thought to ask the high IQ people in this forum.
Let me know, thanks.
