Any suggestions for my current diet?

im running a small cut, eating 1800 a day.

for breakfast i have 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, 4 pieces of turkey bacon with a zero calorie hot sauce. a bit later i’ll have an oikos triple zero and a banana. [500cals 35c/19f/55p]

for lunch its simple, just 12oz of lean ground beef and 1-1.5 cups of white rice. [714cals 44c/24f/73p]

for dinner i have 12 ounces of tilapia (blackened or old bay seasoned) and a chicken caesar salad without croutons and caesar dressing (olive oil, balsamic, vinegar, and some salt) [570cals 11c/18f/92p]

totals ~1800cals 91c/59f/220p

I would also replace white rice with quinoa because quinoa taste mogs white rice

5’11 and i generally fluctuate between 185 and 190
I would consider slightly more calories (around 2k ish). Would add a couple eggs or more 16oz of beef instead of 12. Could also get a fatter cut of beef. Be cheaper too. You’d probably feel more energized and it’s more sustainable long term. Just something to consider
