i just did it a few weeks back cus its such an easy "cope" to do that feels productive, and then one of my buddies said my chin looks better, and said that it looks bigger at the EXACT place that i hit
very satisfied, second time its proved to work to me

subperiosteal hematoma ossification and scar tissue deposition works tbh, we already used the bone building potential of the periosteum with periosteal distraction osteogenesis
Nice bro hope you keep getting results

Just wait until the tissue regresses because you stopped mashing, do you really want to smash your face for years? Your chin is very dangerous and you can get nerve damage that causes facial deformities and
bruh in the thread you literally said it doesnt work
i dare say its as effective as filler
if it was as effective as filler than why would someone like Orka Orka do filler

why.

Ofc it does,as long as you do microfractures. its literally proven, ppl that say it doesnt work are stupid enough to not understand how basic bone production works

microfractures are bs nigga no one fell for that shit
subperiosteal hematoma ossification and scar tissue deposition is how it works, you dont even know how bone modelling works
just smash your chin for years bro no problem
muh years you dnrd, i did it for a few days over a year ago and still have the gains from them without repeating
then i did it again recently and this time it was noticeable, small but noticeable

it most likely wouldnt be as effective as large amounts of filler (like what tigermogger does to change his skull shape), but i honestly believe orkas chin filler is mostly replicable through bonesmashing

I'm unsure but maybe I should be more consistent with bonesmashing, I did get some brow ridge projection and a lil chin upgrade but it's highly anecdotal+prolly more on the fact that when I did it, my test was high asf I suppose.
how do you know your test was high?
and even if it wasnt high, actual bruising on the bone will lead to progress, whether it be fast or slow

99.9% of niggers on here are useless fat fucks who just provide you with bullshit takes, you ask a question they proceed just to mock you and others without providing any useful info, i wouldnt trust what anyone says on here one but but i do agree with ur take ive been bonesmashing my chin and zygos and brow, and i noticed my zygos are more prominent

Doesn't work unless paired with androgens and consistent smashing
Consistent smashing isnt good since the layer where the periosteum is will keep breaking during mineralization and by doing so inflammation re-initiates, so basically your bones will just try to re-absorb the initial trauma aaand newly formed bone mineralization takes 8-12 weeks.. so yea, it does still work (Sorta) since i've been Bone Smashing for a while but if you mean consistent like everyday don't, you'll just ruin ur face lol
