I find it incredibly hard to believe someone such as yourself innocently writes in the signature GPT 3, uses its exact bullet points, and, use em dashes. That and non-abbreviated words, and professional tone. Since you don't bother to deploy them elsewhere

Ashwagandha is valid side management for hydrocortisones ever so insignificant cortisol interactions. Just precautionary, really. Since there's established data on ashwagandhas cortisol lowering effects.

I would recommend 10-12.5mgs of anavar, pthrp of ur choosing (best is albo), 0.7-1.2 mg of vosoritide, and long acting insulin remember 10-15 carb per 1iu

Well, it depends. If you're using it to link sources and then read studies in depth , yourself, it can be good.
But if you're prompting and re-prompting it for conclusions,
you'll be misinformed due to hallucinations and end up making a retarded conclusion.
