No,dosen’t act on internal chondrocytes such as the resting,hypertrophic or proliferation zone. Now I’m not saying I’m 100% right,but since it’s sclerostin inhibiting it acts on the ossification zone where calcified chondrocytes are transitioned into osteocytes which dosen’t generally affect total cartilage maturation It may have a affect, but I reckon it’s not as you know.
