Im skinny sorta and ik this sounds unrealistic but i want it to have the most quickest and most effective routine i would do roids but the good ones supposedly close your growth plates early anyone know what to do?

low dose test as base, dht derviant like provriron or anavar very safe, gh secretagoges and an ai so testosteron dont aromatase to estrogen which speeds up grothplate closeure, dht acts as an ai too, and you can du an lean bulk where you eat 400+ carbs an low fat around 75-85 and protein 200

do you think calories matter or the macros is the most important

do you think calories matter or the macros is the most important
their both important. Either one is more important for different reasons. For example for losing weight or gaining weight calories are more important. And for muscle gain protein is important
