Hairmaxxxing advice (annoying niggahair) (2 Viewers)

Hi guys. For quite a long time I have problems with my hair. I trying to grow something good out but seems like it is going to be shitty ass Afro nigga hair. They are dry and hard as fuck. Atm I used conditioners, leave in moisturisers, oils, mousse. Nothing helped me really. Someone advised me to keratinise my hair but idk will it look good on me +my hair is too short for it I think.

Has anyone here encountered something similar? I'd really appreciate any advice.
