Niggas will say "broo don't cut during puberty or else ur going to be a manlet". Our bodies aren't thermodynamic systems, what matters is if you have proper sleep and nutrition rather than cutting calories. Obviously don't be a retard and starvemaxx eating 1200 cals a day, but a 300-500 cal deficit isn't going to impact puberty if everything else is dialed in. It's better to cut to a good leanness around 12-15% body fat than being a fat fuck and marinating in E2. It's mostly inflammation + shitty diet that destroys insulin sensitivity, which hurts GH/IGF1 signaling.
