First post and please read all through to get a firm grasp of what I am saying as I am desperate for help but here is some background to enlighten you.
introduction:
I am 15 years old and in tanner stage 3.75 ish in puberty. I have had one growth spurt from tanner stage 2- early 3 (non peak pubertal spurt) and i might be in my second one now.
My shoulders as in bone wise are around average for my height and age, maybe slightly above average, some days I look wide and it makes me happy, other days I look like a framelet. I dont want this frameletness of me anymore. I am nor narrow nor wide, i am average or a tiny bit above average.
I have a 19 inch bideltoid but as you read through this thread, I want my clavicles (the bones themselves) to carry my physique. and dont hit me with the 'train shoulders and lats for to look wide' Because I am looking for my bones to be wider, and i dont care about the muscles a lot.
I am 5'9 (175cm) and have a 5'0 (152cm) mom and a 5'10-5'11 (180-181cm dad)
my dads side has like a wide frame and also uncle is 6'1 and grandfather is 6'0.
moms side not so wide but still have 5'8 and 5'10 (173-178cm) uncles although they have 5'0 mom and a 5'7 (170cm) dad
I am quite dominant in terms of my dads side, but my goal end height is 6'3 (190cm) at the very least although my short parents, I still look like a kid and other adults say that I have A LOT of growth left (I am a mild late bloomer)
Main story now:
I first started blackpilling in early 2025 as a truecel larp, but only started 'looksmaxxing' if you may yesterday.
I have come across crazy roid transformations like loox and kent, and they actually grew their clavicle (bones itself) A LOT with roids
I am starting to research stuff like ESR alpha gene inhibition and fgfr3 gene inhibition and heavily considering exogenous HGH and testosterone and maybe tren, I have started to heavily research growth pathways and how to inhibit genes that limit bone growth.
Now here is the thing:
As I am still quite early in puberty and maybe even earlier than I think (idk might be cope though) I am thinking of naturally optimising hormones and growth for a year, and then hop on HGH, testosterone, letrozole and HCG this time next year and maybe a few other things or altercations as I hope to get a job at that time.
The reason why I want to hop on the roids is because I have seen A LOT of clavicle growth and height growth but also high clavicle growth relative to height by the people on HGH, but I need advice on what I should take to maximise clavicular length.
Please dont hit me with 'just build your delts bro' or 'train your lats, it will give you the illusion of a v taper bro' because that is not what I am looking for. I am looking for a very wide frame by bones.
does training shoulders and lats and upper chest actually help with clavicular elongation? or is it cope? is there anything to put mechanical stimuli on clavicles to make them longer? or is that cope
I know roids are not cope, but I need to know what to hop on, and when shall i hop on... Now or a year from now?
Is the gym stunting my growth or is it helping with it? (i started lifting at like 12-13 years old, on and off and started training to faliure or near faliure from age 13 onwards, once again, on and off) age 12 i was 4'11 age 14 i was 5'6 now Im 5'9
my ultimate goal is to get as wide clavicles (bones and frame) and dont hit me with the muscle stuff as I can possibly get, and to get to at least 6'3 for adult height (preferably more).
