Discussion A mild deficit during puberty doesn't stunt height.

Niggas will say "broo don't cut during puberty or else ur going to be a manlet". Our bodies aren't thermodynamic systems, what matters is if you have proper sleep and nutrition rather than cutting calories. Obviously don't be a retard and starvemaxx eating 1200 cals a day, but a 300-500 cal deficit isn't going to impact puberty if everything else is dialed in. It's better to cut to a good leanness around 12-15% body fat than being a fat fuck and marinating in E2. It's mostly inflammation + shitty diet that destroys insulin sensitivity, which hurts GH/IGF1 signaling.

People like to blame bad height genetics on whatever they can to cope that’s why the gym was seen to make you shorter even thought it probably does the opposite

only if you cut down too much to below 12% then it will be bad because you'll stunt your growth slightly and in this day of age every cm matters

gym may acc make u not shorter but stunts ur potential
this is because all activity goes to building muscle rather than height
if u go once or twice a week u will be fine its only if ur seriously bodybuilding

by that then no one should do any type of sports because it will go to those muscles that are being used in the sport they are playing

It’s igf-1 level and sensitivity
Igf-1 is controlled by hgh
Hgh increases by lifting heavy

12% isn't some magic cut off the real limiter is how your body responds, not a random number.

no read my orignal message i said going once or twice a week is fine but excessive lifting will stunt growth
