From 172 cm to 182 cm (I know it's a lot of pics) Everything I've done
Braces: You can see from the pics
Bodybuilding : I trained 5 days a week heavy for more test
Tennis: It's for more stamina and it's fun tbh I've been playing for 3 years now
Sleep: I try to sleep for 8+ hours but ever since school started I've been getting 6 hours of sleep (11th grade is hard)
Supplements: Calcium, magnesium, zinc, omega 3, L arginine 1000mg
No performances enhancing drugs yet but I'm thinking about it I need to grow to 187
That's all I've done hope this helps and if you have any suggestions for me tell me
Good Ascension Puberty and Mse put a lot of work in here glad u did the orthodontics
