Bodybuilding : I trained 5 days a week heavy for more test
Tennis: It's for more stamina and it's fun tbh I've been playing for 3 years now
Sleep: I try to sleep for 8+ hours but ever since school started I've been getting 6 hours of sleep (11th grade is hard)
Supplements: Calcium, magnesium, zinc, omega 3, L arginine 1000mg
No performances enhancing drugs yet but I'm thinking about it I need to grow to 187
