Dawg it works but it takes some time i have been doing boxing for like 5 months am still buns cose i alwhays get hit in the face and idk maybe js me but they look biger then 5 months ago

Bonesmashing has no real evidence behind it and the theory of how bonesmashing works is flawed and based off of a simple scientific idea taken to its extreme.

If you have seen zygomatic growth since boxing, it isn't because of getting hit in the face. It is likely due to a mix of higher testosterone, less water retention due to sweating it out of the body due to boxings intense cardio, getting leaner, etc.

I have boxed for over ten years and that is the only logical explanation.
