I never saw to talk about this but the think that your height is not the real height and which I mean is from your posture.
In the last 20 years the technology had advanced very much and from staying on your phones and laptops you could have lost your real height because of your bad posture
Don't believe me here is a list will all type of bad posture:
1. Forward Head Posture (1–3 cm)
2. Rounded Shoulders (0.5–2 cm)
3. Thoracic Kyphosis (1–3 cm)
4. Lumbar Flexion / Flat Lower Back (1–2.5 cm)
5. Hyperlordosis (0.5–2 cm)
6. Anterior Pelvic Tilt (1–3 cm)
7. Posterior Pelvic Tilt (1–2 cm)
8. Functional Scoliosis (1–4 cm)
9. Structural Scoliosis (Mild) (1–6 cm)
10. Uneven Shoulders (0.5–1.5 cm)
11. Uneven Hips (0.5-2 cm)
12. Leg-Length Discrepancy (Functional) (0.5-2 cm)
13. Poor Standing Habits (0.5-1.5 cm)
14. Slouched Sitting Posture (1–3 cm)
15. Weak Core and Back Muscles (0.5–2 cm)
16. Flat Feet (Pes Planus) (0.5–1.5 cm)
17. Head Tilt / Lateral Neck Flexion (0.5-1 cm)
18. Rib Cage Depression / Collapsed Chest (0.5-1.5 cm)
19. Excessive Knee Flexion While Standing (0.5–1 cm)
20. Genu Valgum / Genu Varum (Knock Knees / Bow Legs) (0.5–2 cm)
21. Asymmetrical Backpack Carrying (0.5-1.5 cm)
And that's all I guess:banderas:
