If you press on their profile in a thread such as this it will open a little pop up thing with there avi and name. Click it but make sure to not click on their name and it should give you the menu that I had pictured above. The UI is weird and shit and sometimes when you click their name it goes straight to there profile but that's only some circumstances and others not
