I have a narrow palate and I have the option to get a palate expander but the problem is that I have a narrow mandible so if my maxilla expands it will give the illusion that mandible is even more narrow. What do you guys think? Also what can I improve on to look better and what's recessed about my face? (I know I'm bad looking so you don't have to point it out. I'm just looking for feedback)
