I got retractions, so my mandibles are screwed and my maxilla too, and my infras aren't good, leading to unequal sclera show. I present 3 surgeries which would fix all of my health and aesthetic issues caused by 4 retractions

You only get free surgery if you negatively break the looks scale or get into an accident. You are actually deformed but bluepilled doctors will not see it that way unfortunately.
Unless you mean presenting this to your parents so they pay for it then just get a couple of recordings of girls (can be ai generated if you can't get it normally) saying you're ugly and pointing to the specific failos you need corrected as a reason.

again i have before pictures where my zygos seem better my fwr isnt as bad and my face has just developed badly, which can be linked to the 2 upper and 2 lower teeth i had taken out, if u check the slide its 3 surgerys which would fix it all.
