Theory will I get bone changes, any dimorphism on this cycle? (4 Viewers)

AGE: 18,8 HEIGHT: just above 185cm

No more height growth or physical changes since 17,6 I guess

my 20 week cycle:
- 600mg Test per week (200mg 3x) for 20 weeks
- 25mg Anavar ed 13 weeks
- 12,5mg aromasin eod

When I finish this cycle I will cruise on 250mg test (TRT)
to keep my hair, elastin and collagen I already take
- 5mg raw dut powder ed
- 0,1% tret gel eod


Now I I'm wondering if such a cycle can change me in term of facial bones or if this is just cope and I should get heavy compounds like tren and hgh in addition
