So i turned 14 today, and i seriously need suggestions for fixing a recessed maxilla at this age and i know androgens wont do that because bone position ≠ growth, thumbpulling obviously wont, i cant get surgery at this age so the only way i see it go would be orthodontic appliances such as a:

Facemask / reverse face-pull → pull the maxilla forward

MARPE → expand the maxilla laterally

Would these appliances give significant results over time? And if you believe that there is a better approach to this then feel free to leave suggestions :0

well would you look at that, palette is fairly average not narrow 😢 that could mean no marpe, i seriously need my maxilla to go more forward and aint a reverse facepull better when its combined with something like a marpe, which is something i might not get based off this pic + a marpe can help with cheekbone projection too no?
