We all do but theres no way really at 19 you could expand your upper jaw with mse/marpe wtv but not your mandible there are no open sutures like in the maxilla. Give solution btw :)
u cant widen ur jaw naturally at 19 lol. bone width is genetic or u can fix that at the orthodontic.
chewing, mewing, etc. wont change skeletal width.
best u can do is improve apperance: low body fat, neck/jaw muscle tone and beard.
