You don't need to eat in surplus to grow
it barely has any benefits

you can easily go a huge deficit and still grow to your height potential
just pin hgh
It’s not just about height though it’s about everything developing properly like brain functions

piaget would disagree shrug🤷‍♂️ frontal lobe development doesn’t stop till 25
The frontal lobe develops during puberty, and synaptic pruning is completed by the age of 16.
The rest is just refinement/training from external stimuli, which has nothing to do with growth.
Theoretically, you can put a 16-year-old in a lab where he has to face a bunch of situations where he will need to navigate his emotions, and he can peak in one year instead of having to wait until 25.

And also, like I said, same logic of gh & hormones applies here
you don't need calorie surplus for synaptic pruning; brain is energy efficient

Where does all this information come from. Do you sit at your desk reading pubmed & miming typing like Heinrich Runge?

I was thinking arimidex but Cant that hurt your lipids lol
they're all the same tbh
but letrozole just nukes your estrogen the most, so it's best used in puberty to delay growth plate fusion for height growth
aromasin is better in terms of not having to face an estrogen rebound

no point in arimidex

you're just fucking e2 to delay growth plate, there's no way around it

You don't need e2 tho; the brain growth stunt from it is a meme that retards spread after reading mouse studies.
it doesn't apply to humans

here's the study on teens who were put on AI and had no cognitive deficit because of it:
