Does eating kilo's of sugar cause IGF1 upregulation -> More bonemass?
Who are the people claiming this?
What do they all have in common?
Is it the sugar making them so retarded?
Why do they even claim eating 0.5-2kg sugar daily helps?


To put the sugar into perspective -

1 kilo of sugar = 4000 calories

Kent - 0.5-1KG daily
Arab = 1-2KG daily
Pablo = Ideally 2kg daily
If they truely did this themselve they'd would be 400 pounds after a few months.

He is considered a Grifter by most of the community, he has had a transformation by using steroids, growth hormones and many peptides, than after that he claims it was just ''sugar'' , Dude what are we even on about?? Combined with the fact that his account is trash, hes hella weird in public and he has scammed people for money. He also calls it IGF1 Signalling, because calling something IGF1 support or anything else will sound boring to the ears of our cute tiktokcells. Therefor he calls it ''signalling, what are we even on about at this point bra

Arab supermann - A dude with a good transformation, obvouisly alot done by puberty, he frauds a whole lot, greycells sadly dont understand this so they just trust him. He promotes his shitty course + made a fake peptide company to scam his fanbase and make hella money. Truely putting self intrest above all else Clavicular mention. I can't tell to much about this dude, most of you guys already know what an idiot he is and how he just fakes his before pictures to make it look as an even better transformation. V Volksstaffel on tiktok made a funny vidabout this, how people just post themself in the worst angle&lighting and then proceed to post after pictures + A course&coaching they sell (OFCOURSEE)

Pablo - A more oldgen dude, been around longer than the other dudes, he was one of the first people who really promoted the way of the sugar theory. Where you eat hella sugar for ''so called bonemass/IGF1 upregulation. Funny how all onf these guys who promote very weird methods all do the same thing, take growth hormones, androgens and make sure its in the peak of there puberty. Make verry shitty angled before pictures and then make the best looking after pictures in a very short time frame. Going back to the old saying ''if something is to good be to true it almost always is''

All of these newgen clowns are pushing the idea of eating 0.5-2kg's of sugar, which is funny because they claim its some sort of a miracle to becoming extremely high IGF1. Which is just not the case, even tho it all sounds promising at first. TO start off, eating 2-8k calories of pure sugar..... ?????!!! What the hell?? That just a one-way ticket to diabetes son. It will also make u hella insuline resistance, which is even more bad bc most of our tiktok gangsters are running hgh+AI these days:lul::lul:. Fucking up there insuline even more. It DOES WORK THO - But only very short term. Extremely high carbs spike ur insuline like crazy, which temporarily causes higher IGF1. But this is where the people are wrong, and misinterperting the studies. IGF1 long term gets tanked, constant sugar overload causes insuline resistance QUICK - Studies even show that this lowers IGF1 production drasticly. This is why Obese people aren't chads, but fat soggy incels. These people all have something in common, very reduced IGF1 in comparision to normal people, because there liver becomes GH resistance, which fucks up even more things in your life, like good sleep. ( Which causes even MORE PROBLEMS ) And lets be honest, if your already slamming 2-8k calories into straight white sugar, how many calories will you have left for things like protein and healty fats???? Which causes even MORE GH downregulation = Lower IGF1.

Massive carb ( sugar ) spikes insline very hard -> short term upregulation of IGF1. But this is only very short acted and your body will adapt VERY QUICK. Making you insuline resistance and dropping IGF1&GH drasticly on the long term - The long term is what matters FAR more for bonegrowth aswell btw. Eating high nutrient dense foods is FAR more important than just hella carbs. The people who promote this have all 1 thing in common, they take hella steroids, hella growth hormone, they all did it in the mids of puberty, all made VERY bad before pictures, VERY GOOD after pictures. They fraud like crazy and all sell an overprices, course. 2 of them are confirmed scammers, 1 of them even went out of there way to create a fake company to scam his audience even more. I hope this thread helps and protects alot of you guys who acctually trust somebody just because of there looks and progress. You never know what somebody's true intension are bro, stay safe and do what u can to improve. I am aware the most of the people on the forum already knows this, but it is still a big problem that has to be cracked down fully. You'd be suprised how many people still believe this cope method - BOTB worty :Smile:? Once that part is made

Yes and sugar mainly raises insulin, which can suppress GH long-term
