I’ve been doing this once a week, and I also rock climb once a week.

Lateral raises x4

Super rom lateral raise, it goes over the head x3

Upright row/ back shoulder thing x4

Shoulder press x3

And I increase weight weekly and every other muscle has grown but my delts.
This 2 pics are from October to a couple weeks ago. I’m also 16
Also I’m not hoping on at 16

Sorry I just copied it from my notes app it means sets, so I do 4 sets of what ever, and it’s once a weeks because my shoulders are tired from rock climbing and need to heal for rock climbing.
And i often do 11ish reps to failer and partials
fine dear, but I think the issue is right infront of your face. First of all according the principles of mechanical tension and muscular hypertrophy high intensity and youre doing that right. But you only train once a week, your body will not create adaptation that via hypertrophy since you’re fatigue and acute stress periods are long distant from each other. So my instant recommendation is training 3x weekly but I can understand because of rock climbing but I also have such a solution for...

How am I supposed to know? You showed just something with “4x” and 3x”,I honestly don’t know what that implies to,so weekly? But in all seriousness, how many sets and how much volume do you perform.

You should get on the seated lateral raise machine if you have one or do seated lat raises for 6 to 8 reps and do half reps after you can't complete a full rep anymore. You also consider hopping on hgh that would help a bit too. Thats how I grew my shoulders. Heres the evidence.

I sadly don’t have access to machines, but will try seated ones, I tried hoping on but my dad hates anything like hgh or roids or anything I would probably be hung if he found out and it would be impossible to hide he’s always looking around my room

Don’t straight up do 4 sets of failure, thats retarded and will cause your muscles to fatigue for more and longer, only do 1-2 sets of failure thats it. This should help with the tiredness and soreness, but also like before you should also work out more even if your shoulders don’t feel right since eventually in a week or two your body will adapt.
