Tretinoin isn't even that useful for acne + the Liver side effects are so rare at taking low doses of it

stupid ass thread, there is no reason to not take accutane for acne even if it's mild, the sooner you get rid of it the better, no need to risk it getting worse, plus the side effects are super rare at low doses (10-20mg), accutane fear mongering tik tok retards are the real issue here

For mild to moderate acne I would rather use accutane (isotretinoin) than Tretinoin because you can get results faster. It works from the body to reduce oil and treat acne more strongly Tretinoin is a cream that works slower and usually takes longer to see results so just use accutane bro

I started it even though my acne was pretty mild from test because i want to never have to worry about it again also tret made me purge so much and i wanna be able to eat what i want and act normal instead of only eating beef in fear of getting bad skin

Because accutane works systematic, gives better and faster results which also last after stopping (smaller sebaceous glands).

It is not even that bad if you take normal dosages, never had previous liver issues or consume lots of substances that are hepatotoxic on their own. Everybody I know and myself included never had any abnormal blood test results while on isotret.
