You can combat hair loss while on DHT derogates using finasteride or RU58841

Finasteride/dutasteride don’t do anything against dht derivatives (like Anavar/tren/masteron) because they are straight up dht, meaning they skip the conversion pathway (testosterone -> 5 alpha reductase -> dht). Fin/dut are 5alpha reductase inhibitors. So they don’t do jack shit against dht derivatives.

Ru58841 is different and can help because it blocks the dht from binding onto the androgen receptor. But idk if it’s powerful enough to help against steroids or not.
