and in mice tyra adds height to healthy wild type mice as well, unlike infig which only did to fgfr3 mutant rats
my idea on this was that inhibition of fgf2 and fgf1 was a net gain with achondroplasia but not with healthy patients
i believe tyra would add height to healthy humans
and also it can be stacked with voso since it increases cgmp in chondrocytes

So tyra is the only fghr3 inhibitor that would help significantly for healthy humans? Technically you could gain some height with infig but it,s way more unpredictable right?

i dont believe it would do anything for humans either
