No, your palette isnt an issue. Your cheekbones are already quite a bit wider than your jaw so this would flunk the somewhat good ratio you already have. If you get a palette expander/ MARPE/ SARPE or anything among those lines, it would probably have you looking like Dean Witherspoon with an uncanny wide palette thatll give u a whale looking mouth. Follow hippocamps advice and dont add a lot more to that list.
