This is a continuation of a self-contained argument from last night. It all started when J jake.lifts00 commented under M ltnhell "rate me" post. Describing him as, well i forgot, but it was something like "Disgusting and deformed ethnic face". And so they went on and on for what was maybe hours, exchanging lovely remarks about each other. for white and medium skin toned people id recommend supps like beta carotene, lycopene and astaxanthin

if you're white you could try Melanotan 2 (peptide) BUT I am unaware of any side effects so be careful and do research before hand if you consider it

Yeah so ur like avg height then just optimize ur growth like play sports, get good sleep and maintain good nutrition
