What’s the honest truth about supplements

When I say supplements I’m talking about things such as vitamins zinc currently I am taking zinc 4 days a week and vitamin d3 and c and cod liver +multi vitamins and honestly I’m not seeing any results.
I just want to know if this is actually beneficial or if I’m wasting time and effort IMG_0346.jpeg

its beneficial in long term if ur an early teen, if ur like 17 or smth its not gonna "ascend" u

They are a waste of money, if you need higher levels then you need to eat the foods that contain these vitamins
